Well, who wants to see this happen? Tell DC why you'd want to see this storyline from Mark Waid's run put into a tpb. Why? Because it's been mantioned by Bob on the boards here that DC won't be collecting any more of Mark Waid's run because there's supposedly no demand for it. So, let you voice be heard and show DC how much demand there really is to see this storyline in a tpb.

The tpb should consist of the following issues:

The Flash#142 (The Wedding issue)
The Flash#141-150

So, who here wants to see a tpb like this?

P.S.
Please do not post in this thread if you don't want to see this storyline in a tpb since the thread is here to hopefully show how much demand there is for this storyline from Mark Waid's run on The Flash. Again, I'm requesting this since the thread is here to show how many people want to see this storylines in a tpb. Anyone who'd like to mention they don't want to see this particular storyline in a tpb, please do so but post it in a new thread, please. Thank you for your time.

I have no interest in this. This storyline wreaked! Barry Allen's long lost, twisted twin? No thanks!!

I would. I missed it the first time around (I've been having to cut way down on my regular issue purchases), but that was a storyline I do want to read.

It's not going to happen. They said they want to collect only the current team.

Barry's twin is one of the worst concepts in comic book history.

Wait a second. Is there no one who liked seeing Wally fight alongside Barry Allen for the last time? Or seeing Wally try and take Barry's place in Crisis On Infinite Earths? Or lastly, seeing Wally travel through time with pin point accuracy (without the cosmic treadmill or the cobalt blue gem pieces) to save Barry from being killed by Cobalt Blue again?

Come on. What I mentioned above alone should be worth it to see Chain Lightning in a tpb. It'll also allow us to see a Dark Flash tpb come out (since the end of Chain Lightning leads into The Dark Flash storyline). So what do you say guys? Let DC know that this should be in a tpb already. If not for the storyline then to finally see a tpb for The Dark Flash storyline.

I'd buy the tpb, even though I've already got the issues. I thoroughly enjoyed Waid's run, and even though I wasn't horribly impressed with the evil twin business, I did like the rest of the story. So count me as a YES vote!

I have to agree about choking over "Barry's evil twin" but apart from that I absolutely loved the story.

Big highlight was the surprise of Jay Garrick at the end of 148. That is one impressive costume.

With all respect to Geoff, I still think Waid's run on Flash was the best in the series' history.

Cobalt Blue was lousy and milking Crisis one more time wasn't impressive.

Why exactly is Cobalt Blue so lousy? I could say the same thing about most of Wally's villains before Geoff came along.

That whole twin storyline was hackneyed. Geoff's villains are much more original, whether or not they last the test of time.
